  1. Written Notes: We have included everything from riddles and clues to activities. You can write up coupons for baking cookies, child’s choice of a movie, play a board game, or instructions like “stop and do five jumping jacks”.

  2. Matchbox/Hotweels Cars: Depending on the size of your eggs, these little vehicles are a great way to add to a growing collection and are available at any store, online, and even used.

  3. Craft Supplies: Crayons, stickers, glitter, beads and more are a fun way to restock your craft pile with endless possibilities for future activities.

  4. Money: Miscellaneous change and a few treasured dollar bills are always a huge hit.

  5. Jewelry: Homemade or a store-bought bracelet, necklace or even earrings are a great surprise to find in an egg.

  6. Snacks: Cereal, crackers, Goldfish, popcorn and fruit snacks are great choices.

  7. Balloons: In case we need to specify, they shouldn’t be inflated. Games involving balloons are endless and weather-permitting you have your supplies for a water balloon fight.

  8. Socks: A new pair of socks (and even underwear) fit perfectly in medium sized eggs. Fun and functional!

  9. Slime: Try this quick and easy recipe here.

  10. Play Doh: Store bought or homemade, here is a recipe we like!

  11. LEGO: Mini-Figs and building blocks are fun and small enough to fill lots of eggs. We love this pack of DC comic figurines.

  12. Nail Polish: Stock up at the dollar store or order mini ones online. You could also include a file, nail stickers, or other accessories for a day of at home pampering.

  13. Trinkets: Now is the time to dust off all of those tiny party favors from birthdays that get played with once and then make their way to the bottom of the toy bin. You can grab a miscellaneous pack of trinkets online, in store, or recycle the ones your kiddo brings home throughout the year.

For other small toys to order here are some of our other favorites: Plus Plus, Mochi Squishies, Mini Slinky, Toy Animals, and Temporary Tattoos
