Summer Camps & Activities for Preschoolers
Who says adventure should be limited to grade schoolers? Kids of all ages enjoy adventures, learning new things, and having fun in the sun. Here’s a list of some of our favorite Summer Camps & Activities for ages 3, 4, and 5.
Families First Learning Lab
Kindergarten Readiness Summer Camp
Kindergarten Readiness Summer Camp serves kiddos ages 4-6 and focuses on enhancing kindergarten readiness. Summer camps work with children to enhance their social-emotional skills via learning through play.
MISMO
Whether you have a little dancer, cheerleader, gymnast, or ninja at home, Mismo is the place to build a foundation for movement. Camps start at age 4 and go up to 14. As one parent raved: “Mismo is the BEST, highly organized, comprehensive and student centered program for children in Missoula!”
PLAY Piano Academy
Play With Me! These joyful camps for 3-5 year olds include all the fun of music classes - singing, dancing, and instrument exploration - plus crafts, games and outdoor fun. PWM camps are held at University Congregational Church, 405 University Avenue from 9am-12pm.
Big Sky Preschool Academy
Do you have a paleontologist, oceanographer, forester, or astronaut on your hands? Then sign then up for a week of themed STEM activities! Camp is open to all toilet trained 3-6 year old students. Snack will be provided.
Roots Gymnastics & Dance
If you need a flexible calendar, Roots has options! Flexible Schedule Theme Camps will have a new theme every day so that your camper stays engaged and excited all summer long. These camps have been created with the needs of working parents in mind. You can enroll for a full week of camp, or you can enroll in just those days that you need for child care– or just for fun!
Montana Natural History Center
Your little explorer will have so much fun at the Montana Natural History Center’s Nature Adventures camp. Camps run from 9:30-3:30. Before and aftercare is available for free for those who need it (no extra charge, no additional registration) from 8:30-9:30 & 3:30-5:30.
