We are in full-blown fall with crisp air and crunchy leaves. Here’s Some weekend events that cElebrate the season:

Friday, October 15

  • Haunted: The UM School of Theatre and Dance proudly presents an artistic and spooky twist on the traditional haunted house for its 2021-2022 season with Haunted. This walk-through design exhibition showcases four distinct environments that have been inspired by scary stories from across the globe. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door.

  • The Outsider” is playing at Stevensville Playhouse, starting Friday through Oct. 24. In today’s polarized political environment we could all use a good laugh...Right? Ned Newley must be the most reluctant, and unexpected, state governor in American history, yet fate intervenes to place him in the statehouse as the Chief Executive. “The Outsider” is a timely and hilarious comedy that skewers politics and celebrates democracy. Saturday, October 16:

  • Fall Family Fest: Head down to Fort Missoula Regional Park for apple cider and an old-fashioned harvest festival, including crafts, face painting, folf, games and much more! There is a suggested donation of $1 for “Share the Fun” youth recreation grants. 1-4 p.m.

  • PEAS Pumpkin Party: Get your fall pumpkins and support growing good food for all. The PEAS Farm welcomes you to the farm to select a pumpkin or three. There will be tools for pumpkin carving (the kid-safe kind), buckets for the guts, and hoses for washing the sticky off. 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • Griz vs. Washington State: Football season continues! If you don’t have tickets, the game airs on ABC.
